Job Description / Responsibility
  • Customer Service with set standard
  • Communication, reporting and MIS
  • Data entry
  • In House call center.
  • Carry out any other tasks as delegated by the Reporting Head

  • Maximum 1 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Call Centre Training, Customer Support through Phone, Face-to-Face Customer Support

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 21 to 29 year(s)
  • Very good in English and Bengali Speaking
  • Very good in Engilsh typing speed.
  • Proficient in computer applications (mainly in Microsoft Office Excel and Word).
  • Should have excellent interpersonal & communication skill
  • Should be keen to learn, Well-disciplined and well mannered.
  • Must be smart, energetic, self motivated.
  • Ready to work on flexible hours as Part time employee.
