Head of Legal Advisor

Job Description / Responsibility

• To provide legal opinions and advise management on legal issues that may arise from time to time in the event of labor law & Criminal Law.
• To draft, review and update all contracts pertaining to the operation of the Company in collaboration with appropriate staff and participate in negotiations where necessary.
• STo liaise with external legal counsels to ensure that the Company is represented in a timely and effective manner in all legal matters and court cases.

Masters/ Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB)

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 8 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements

• Age 35 to 45 year(s)
• Minimum 8 years post qualification experience in the public/private sector.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Application software.

Salary Range

• Negotiable
