- The purpose of this position is to provide full time Patient Counseling by registering all patients in a timely manner, maintaining communication and coordinating with Bangkok Hospital, Thailand and follow-up care, recording data and performing all administrative functions as required.
- Greets patients and visitors in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.
- Answer telephone in a professional and courteous manner, records messages and communicates to appropriate staff
- Exercises discretion and interpretive judgment in frequent contacts with the public.
- Takes and relays accurate and complete telephone messages.
- Responsible for updating electronic medical record in regards to additional information received via e-mail or fax.
- Provides information to callers including directions, addresses, telephone numbers etc.
- Maintains telephone and visitor logs and schedules patient’s appointments.
- Verify patient census for previous day and communicate information to appropriate personnel.
- Notify appropriate contact of any malfunctioning equipment; completes necessary paperwork
- Performs duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean working environment for the facility. This includes the front desk, restroom, waiting room, break area and possibly patient rooms when assistance is needed.

Educational Requirements
- Qualifications: MBBS with 3-5 years experience in patient consultation, reporting, follow-up, and marketing. Fluency in English conversation and computer skills.
