AIRBD Customer Service point invites application for the post Customer Relations Executive for part time basis.

Job Description / Responsibility

• Communicate with the prospective Customers.

• Cost breakdown calculations.

• Exposed to products merchandising, including analyses and negotiate costing.

• Be expert on customer service and relationship management.

• Driving product & business development.

• Directly communicate, work and manage customer.

Educational Requirements
H.S.C, BA, BBA, MBA.
Fresh Graduate can apply
College/ university students can apply.

Job Requirements

• Age 33 to 40 year(s)

• Male & Female can apply.

• Must have passion for Advertising and Brand Communication.

• Must have knowledge of effective Brand management strategies.

• Must be creative, energetic and have a passion for learning.

• Should be smart, energetic & professional.

• Candidate has to be fluent in English & Bengali, both oral and written.

• Should have very good interpersonal skill

• Adequate skills in computer applications and excellent communication proficiency both in English & Bangla.

• Applicants must have a willingness and ability to work under pressure.

• Self-disciplined, enthusiastic, proactive, hardworking, accurate & target oriented.

Package

Salary: TK.10000 - 25000
